The branch guy in the suburbs really did
not know what a business account was. He fumbled, and
jumbled, and stumbled for 30 minutes, before he ran
my information through the Chex Systems. When it came
back positive he really became shaky and would not open
the account. Not because of the Chex System report but
because he could not find another branch person to ask
what he should do. I got tired and asked for the business
account specialist. 15 minutes later he found a number
of some guy downtown.
I called the next day and left a message
on the business guys voicemail that I wanted to open
a business account. He called back in a few minutes
and directed me to the web site.
